The space

This end unit is one of three townhome loft apartments in a re-purposed commercial barn building. A private parking space is located in the alley right behind the unit. As you enter the space you are greeted with 20 foot tall vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room areas. Toward the back of the unit is the kitchen, smaller bedroom, and bathroom. Up the open steel and wood stairway is the main loft bedroom, large barn doors for privacy, separate bathroom with grand tile shower, walk-in closet, seating area with table next to the steel railing, and stackable washer and dryer.

-- Living/Dining room: At the front of the unit, the living room is a wide-open space streaming with natural lighting and a tall vaulted ceiling. There is ample seating on the couch or adjacent chair. The Roku TV is ready to stream any of your favorite shows, or take a look through the game cabinet if that's more your speed. The dining room table and chairs are next to this area and adjacent to the bar top with stools at the end of the kitchen.

-- Kitchen: The kitchen has a clean look with gray cabinets and white quartz countertops. It is fully equipped, with a large sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, gas range with microwave above, coffee and tea bar, and enough kitchen supplies to make and bake whatever you please.

-- Bedroom 1: Here in the loft, you will find a king-sized bed and two bedside lamps complemented by transom windows bringing plenty of light above the big barn doors. There is small walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a large tile shower. At the entry to the bedroom tucked away in the corner is a stackable washer and dryer as well as a sitting area with two chairs and a small table situated at the front of the loft.

-- Bedroom 2: This room is located right off of the kitchen and has a full-sized bed, tall corner lamp, two side tables, and a small closet with pole and draws for your clothes. The lower floor bathroom is adjacent to the room and also has a beautiful tile a barbecue and a gate to leave.

-- Outdoor area: Out back through the kitchen you will find a private area with a gas BBQ and 2 bikes to explore the Sandpoint area.

Guest access

At your stay you may park in the private parking area accessed off the alley, you may hang out in front of your unit, you may explore everything on the inside of the unit, and you can BBQ or hang out in the back fenced yard.

The space

Our Third Ave. Tiny House was built off-site, towed in, and placed on a permanent foundation. It is one-story with a loft bedroom. The front of the entry is the living room, the middle section is the kitchen, and the back is the bathroom. The loft bedroom is located above the bathroom with stairs located behind to the rear of the kitchen.

-- Bedroom 1: Here, you will find a comfy queen-sized bed, a skylight directly above the bed with a screen and blackout shade, a couple of shelves for your things, and an outlet for your electronic needs.

-- Living room: To the right of the entrance is the living area. There is a futon sofa with a storage loft above it, a fold-out table for a work area, an ottoman with storage, and a gas heater on the wall. Find blankets, board games in the shelving, a sound system with speakers in the ceiling for CD's or Bluetooth connection to your devices, and a Roku TV directly in front of the sofa.

-- Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, with a sink, coffee bar, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and enough kitchen supplies to make whatever you please. There is also a gas BBQ on the front deck for your grilling needs.

-- Bathroom: There is a full-sized shower, sink, toilet, and hooks for hanging things.

-- Outdoor area: For some private space to enjoy the outdoors, you can find a fenced yard with an outdoor table and chairs on the deck, a gas fire pit with chairs, and a BBQ.

Guest access

The tiny house yard is entered through a wooden gate with small trellis above it. To the North of the tiny house is the 3rd Ave. Cottage Airbnb with it's own wooden gate entrance. There is a parking spot in the driveway to the South of the property next to the spot for the Cottage.

Other things to note

Smoking is Prohibited anywhere on the Property, whether indoors, or in the enclosed yard, or in the front or sides of the property. No smoking, no vaping and no use of any tobacco products. No smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, chewing tobacco, snuff, vaping and e-cigarettes.

Also, please be respectful of the neighbors in regards to noise inside and outside of the house. You are in a neighborhood and there are other families around. The Sandpoint city quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.

When leaving, please be awesome and leave our place in good shape by taking any food out of the kitchen you brought in, stripping the beds of any bedding used and place it in the laundry room. If you accidentally break or stain something, please let us know. Thank You!

The space

Our Third Ave. Cottage was originally built in 1910. It has 2 stories. The front half of the bottom floor is a connected but completely separate and occupied office space with its own entrance. On the back half of the bottom floor there is a bathroom, laundry room, and 2 bedrooms. On the top, there is a kitchen, sitting area, dining table, and lounge/tv area.

-- Bedroom 1: Here, you will find a king-sized bed and two bedside lamps. complemented by quaint white wood paneling covering the far wall. The window looks out to the driveway and a second door leads out to a small covered patio. A dresser and pole with hangers are provided for storing clothes.

-- Bedroom 2: This room has a full-sized bed, bedside lamp and table, and a sunny view of the side-yard. Also, a dresser and pole with hangers for clothes.

-- Bathroom: Leading up to the bathroom is an airy hallway with an oval hanging mirror. To your right, there are shelving and hooks for linen storage. Inside is a well lit little room with more hooks, and a tidy sink and cabinet area.

-- Living room: At the top of the stairs, the living room is a wide-open space streaming with natural lighting. To the left, you will find a fully stocked kitchen. On the right, a dining table, perfect for family dinners, or getting some work done. To the front are the tv and couch and an adorable window seat that can also be converted into a king-sized sleeping area. Find blankets, movie selections, and board games in the shelving. For some reading or chat time sink into the comfy chairs found at the back of the room.

-- Kitchen: The kitchen has a wrap-around wooden countertop with teal green cupboards. It is fully equipped, with a sink, coffee bar, stove, and enough kitchen supplies to make and bake whatever you please.

-- Outdoor area: For some private space to enjoy the outdoors, you can find a fenced yard with an outdoor table and chairs as well as a gas BBQ at the entrance of the unit. There are also 2 bikes for your use as well as beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler for beach time.

Guest access

The building has 2 entrances. The front of the building is a separate office space with its own entrance. The Airbnb has its entrance in the back. The entrance to the yard and then front door is through a wooden gate. To the South of the Cottage is the 3rd Ave. Tiny House with it's own wooden gate entrance. There is a parking spot in the driveway next to the concrete path adjacent to the Cottage. They Tiny House has it's parking spot right to the South.
